The aromatic component is fully disclosed as natural triethyl citrate and Vanilla Planifolia fruit extract. Finished with an untreated wooden wick, the candle is made without conventional synthetic fragrance and is MADE SAFE® Certified, providing independent third-party screening of the ingredients used in the product.

Fontana rates this scent Light within its candle range. Essential-oil and naturally scented candles generally have a softer scent throw than conventional synthetic-fragrance candles, so Pure Vanilla is intended to provide a more subtle scent experience. 

For the first burn, Fontana recommends allowing the melted wax to reach the edge of the container, typically 2-3+ hours. Always burn within sight and away from drafts, children, pets and anything that can catch fire.
